Lucia Veselá skúma vzťah maľby, fotografie a objektu k atmosférickým javom a vzťahom medziľudským. Jej tvorba je založená na vnímaní jemných nuáns a zmien, ktoré nastávajú pri prechode z jedného stavu do druhého. Zobrazovaným momentom prisudzuje osobnú poetiku, s rôznou mierou abstrakcie tak, že sa maľby a fotografie vyjavujú ako efemérne časové stopy na pomedzi abstrakcie a reality. Krehké objekty z prírodnín vytvára ako abstraktné intímne priestory určené pre prítomnosť človeka, kontempláciu a dotyk. Haptická vlastnosť diel zameraná na zmysly a osobnú skúsenosť je pre autorku dôležitou témou nielen v tvorbe ale i v komunikácii s divákom.

Lucia Veselá examines painting, photography and objects in relation to atmospheric phenomena and interpersonal relationships. Her work is based on the perception of subtle nuances and changes in the transition process from one state to another. She attributes personal poetics to the depicted moments and portrays them with varying degrees of abstraction, so paintings and photographs may appear as ephemeral timestamps on the edge between abstraction and reality. From fragile objects made of natural materials, she creates abstract spaces intended for human presence, contemplation and touch. The tactile characteristics of the works focused on senses and personal experience, have become an important theme for the artist not only in her work, but also in the communication with the viewer.
