Výstava nebude otvorená úvodným slovom, preto môžete prísť kedykoľvek v uvedenom čase. Vstup bude povolený naraz len dvom osobám s nasadeným rúškom po aplikácii dezinfekčného prostriedku na ruky.
On Friday 18. 12. 2020 from 19:00 until 22:00 we would love to invite you to the opening of the exhibition Seeker of the New Dawn by Ľubomíra Sekerášová. The exhibition will not have an opening speech, therefore you can come whenever during this time. Only 2 people at a time will be allowed to enter, wearing face masks and after using hand desinfection.

Ľubomíra Sekerášová výrazne vynikala už počas štúdia a rýchlo sa zaradila medzi nastupujúcu silnú maliarsku generáciu. Výtvarným jazykom prerozpráva situácie, ktoré žijú s autorkou celý život, obrazy plné temnoty, tvrdosti, ale aj poetického ticha a krásy rodného domova. Vyvstáva osobná mytológia inšpirovaná spiritualitou, nadprirodzenými výjavmi, sci-fi, bosoráctvom a starým pohanstvom. Tieto zvláštne javy sa premiešavajú so spolu súvisiacimi metafyzickými stavmi paranoje, preludmi a desivými úkazmi. Prelína expresívne prístupy vo farbách a čiernobielom monochróme, s dôrazom na svetelnú dramatickosť vytvára romantické tajomné príbehy, ktorých obsah zámerne vyvstáva a zaniká na nemožnosti uchopenia situácie divákom a strácaní sa v očných klamoch.
Ľubomíra Sekerášová excelled significantly during her studies and quickly became one of the emerging strong generation of painters. By her artistic language, she retells situations which have lived with the author all her life, images of darkness, hardness, but also poetic silence and the beauty of her home. Her personal mythology arises inspired by spirituality, supernatural scenes, science fiction, witchcraft and ancient paganism. These phenomena are mixed with the associated metaphysical states of paranoia, delusions, and frightening phenomena. She intertwinds expressive approaches in colors and black-and-white monochrome with an emphasis on light drama, creates romantic mysterious stories, the content of which deliberately arises and disappears with the impossibility of grasping the situation by spectator and disappearing into optical illusions.

Počas výstavy Ľubomíry Sekerášovej môžete počuť hudobný set, ktorý je vytvorený zo skladieb DJ-ja Blame Your Genes.
Blame Your Genes je sólový elektronický projekt Lukáša Zdurienčíka z indie-popovej skupiny Elections In The Deaftown, ktorým hrá na strunu vyznávačom rovných aj zlomených beatov. Klubové parkety privádza do varu tanečnejšími žánrami ako sú house, elektropop alebo breakbeat. Domácu scénu prekvapil rozmanitosťou a vyzretosťou svojho debutového EP “Liquid White”, ktorým si vyslúžil aj shortlist na Rádiohlavách v kategórii Objav roka. V decembri vydal singel “Limbo” na uznávanom nemeckom labeli Traum Schallplatten, kde začiatkom februára 2020 vyšlo aj jeho druhé EP s názvom “Planets”.

During Ľubomíra Sekerášová´s exhibition, you can hear a music set created out of songs of a DJ Blame Your Genes.
Blame Your Genes is a solo project of Lukas Zduriencik by which he pleases the devotees of both straight and broken beats. In his work he combines genres such as house, electropop or breakbeat and his sets and live shows bring the dance floor to the boil. As a newcomer to the electronic scene he surprised with his mature debut EP „Liquid White“. Blame Your Genes has joined Traum Schallplatten label with the track “Limbo” as a part of Tour de Traum compilation and released his second EP in February 2020 on Traum Schallplatten as well.
